Kate is an Honors junior pre-med neuroscience major with plans to become an emergency medicine physician.

Her initial interest in Korean came from K-pop culture, and as she began learning the language she developed a deep appreciation for Korean tradition and culture—further fueling her passion to keep learning.

Amelia is a junior majoring in Marketing on a pre-med track. She joined the Korean club about half a year ago after a friend recommended it, knowing how much she enjoys learning languages. While she has studied Chinese for quite some time, getting introduced to Korean sparked a new interest in the language and culture—she’s excited to keep exploring this as part of the club.
